✔ Eligibility for Returns:
You may request a return within 3 days of delivery if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
- Product is unused, unwashed & in the same condition as delivered
- All tags, labels, and packaging are intact
✔ Refund Options:
- Refunds are provided as store credit or product exchange.
- No monetary refunds (cash/bank/UPI) are provided.

- Blouse materials & fabric cut pieces
- Customized / stitched blouses
- Saree fall & pico orders
- Sale, discounted or clearance items
- Color variations due to lighting/monitor brightness (not considered defects)
✔ Return Process:

- Share order number & product images.
- Our team will review and approve the return.
✔ Return Shipping:
- If the issue is from our side (wrong or damaged product), we cover the courier charges.
- For other reasons (change of mind, dislike of color/design), the customer must self-ship the product.
- Customers must ship the product back to our Athvaitha Sarees return address.
- After we receive the returned item, the courier charges will be adjusted in your next order as a discount or store credit.
- The product must be returned in unused condition with all tags and original packaging.
- On receiving the returned item, store credit will be issued within 3 working days.
