Return Policy

                               Cancellation, Returns & Exchange

Dear Customer,

Before you begin your shopping experience, we urge you to read out terms & conditions with respect to cancellations, returns & refunds.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Once an order has been placed there is no provision to cancel it. Please ensure you check your order details prior to confirming it. In the event you have made a purchase (paid) but do not wish to go ahead with the order, Athvaitha will issue a credit note which may be used against a future purchase on our website.

Athvaitha reserves the rights to cancel an order due to an error on the site or a stock issue.

RETURNS POLICY:
Returns and exchanges must be made only within the guidelines in our Return Policy.

Returns are entertained only if there is a genuine issue pertaining to your order or if you discover that a wrong order is dispatched from us. Please make every effort to cross check the sizes and dimensions prior ordering.

If you have not received the order within 10 to 12 business days from your purchase date then please email us at athvaithasarees@gmail.com or whatsapp  +919894199190/+919962524568 mentioning your Order ID.

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged while delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person and inform us through email or whatsapp chat.

Return Procedure:

  • In case you have any complaints regarding the product you have received, please ensure that you report us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Parcel unpacking video is must for any complaint (damage/missing item) or exchange. Kindly send the unpacking video to whatsapp +919894199190/+919962524568 along with your order ID. Strictly no returns acceptable for color variation and quality issues.
  • You will receive an acknowledgement e-mail or whatsapp message from us on confirming a Return Authorization, within 2-3 business days. Please do not ship items before you receive this email or whatsapp message from us. We will not be able to process any "Items Returned" without the Return Authorization Reference email from us, we will not entertain such requests.
    Please note: In case needed, we'd request you for a digital picture of the item for our internal review to process your request.
  • We will send an update through an email or whatsapp chat if the return is accepted, which will explain the procedure to return the product(s).
  • Exchange / Return Product(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and un-customized. No returns will be accepted if the product is stitched.
  • As would be advised in our return authorization email or whatsapp chat, please send the items to us preferably through a reputed, registered courier/airmail service to avoid any transit related issues with nominal charges. Please mention your order number in the subject line to help us track your order quickly. Kindly ensure that you retain all the packaging material along with the product. Do not remove tags, stickers, etc. Unless you are sure you want to keep the product. Presence of original tags is a must to process returns.
  • Once you return the product to our business address then you have to send us courier tracking details through email or whatsapp chat along with your order id within 48hours. Late return or complain will not be acceptable.
  • Once we received your parcel within 5 to 7 business days as a policy, our teams shall examine the products on return and identify the defects/variation as indicated by you.
  • Post inspection of returned item(s), our Customer Care team will propose remedial solutions to you on a case to case basis –
  1. Choosing an alternate product as a replacement of equal value.
  2. Store Credit to be used later for shopping on Athvaitha
  3. Refund as decided on a case to case basis.

 

  • The Refund will be initiated within 2 (business) days if you choose this option, which will be credited back to you as per your bank/credit card guidelines.

 

  • There are times when the delivery of the goods is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamity, public holiday, etc. In such a case Athvaitha shall not refund, return or exchange any order on request.
    In case you realize that you might have made an error while ordering or providing measurements, we would ask you to bear the additional charges of shipping and stitching, and in very rare cases cost of replacement of fabric, if any.
  • International Transaction Fees:

Cross Border or, International Transaction Fees, if any charged by the respective bank from your credit or debit card will not be refunded. Please note these are hidden charges levied by your bank on you, and not by us. Customers must contact their bank for additional information on these charges

 Local Taxes :

The VAT / Custom Duty / Local Taxes / Import Duties are borne directly by the customer as per local laws, to be paid at the time of delivery as advised by the respective courier partner. We will not refund any such charges, if applicable during order delivery.
