✔ Eligibility for Returns:

You may request a return within 3 days of delivery if:

• You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
  
• Product is unused, unwashed & in the same condition as delivered
  
• All tags, labels, and packaging are intact
  

✔ Refund Options:

• Refunds are provided as store credit or product exchange.
  
• No monetary refunds (cash/bank/UPI) are provided.

• Sale, discounted or clearance items
  
• Color variations due to lighting/monitor brightness (not considered defects)
  

✔ Return Process:

2. Share order number & product images.
   
3. Our team will review and approve the return.

✔ Return Shipping:

• If the issue is from our side (wrong or damaged product), we cover the courier charges.

• For other reasons (change of mind, dislike of color/design), the customer must self-ship the product.
  
• Customers must ship the product back to our Athvaitha Sarees return address.
  
• After we receive the returned item, the courier charges will be adjusted in your next order as a discount or store credit.
  
• The product must be returned in unused condition with all tags and original packaging.
  
• On receiving the returned item, store credit will be issued within 3 working days.
